Why a NuraNow membership?

We believe personalised sound is the future of the listening experience, but understand our products may be too expensive for many.

So we developed NuraNow, a monthly subscription service to improve accessibility to our revolutionary technology, enabling more people to connect deeper to the music they love.

Do I own the device after 24 months?

No, NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program.

If you cancel your NuraNow membership, any devices you've received will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send them back to us.

We can only formalise the cancellation of your NuraNow membership once your device(s) have been returned.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, NuraNow has no lock-in contracts. Simply use the contact form on our website and select NuraNow Orders > End Membership.

Please ensure to contact us using the same email address used to create your order, and let us know the specific reason why you’re wanting to cancel.

How do I change my credit card details?

At Nura, your security is paramount.

Please contact us and we'll send you a secure link to change your credit card details.

Note: please never send through your credit card details via email, we'll instruct you on how to update your details securely.

How do I get a new device every 24 months?

After 24 months of being an active member, which requires 24 months of successful payments, you can continue to stay on your current NuraNow plan and choose an additional device. The new device must be of equal or lesser value than the device you initially received with your order.

If you have missed any payments and, therefore, have not reached the 24 month total, you will need to wait until this prerequisite is completed before the Device Refresh can be chosen.

For the lifetime of your NuraNow membership, you are eligible to keep both your original device as well as any subsequent devices that are added to your plan. If you decide to cancel your membership, though, we require all devices to be returned within a 30-day period.

How do I add another email address to access the device?

Simply contact our Support Team and we'll help you add an additional email address.

Note: please only contact us using the email address you used when signing up to NuraNow so we can easily identify your account.

Am I eligible for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as a NuraNow member?

No, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to outright Nura device purchases only; however, NuraNow members are welcome to cancel their membership at any time with no cancellation fees.

Is NuraNow a rent-to-own program?

No, NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program. When you sign up for NuraNow, we’ll send you a Nura device to use.

If you decide to cancel your membership, however, the Nura device will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send it back to us.
